Couples, family and group work is (I feel) most effectively explored in person but again this is not prescriptive

I started working with Tom soon after he began practicing. I'd been in therapy for seven years before Tom, and I never felt like anyone really dug in and saw me as an individual. Tom isn't for people who aren't ready to really deal with their issues - I'm always exhausted after our sessions, but I see all the changes I've been waiting to see for seven years.

Before committing to therapy, we will have an initial meeting (free of charge) for you to tell me what you would like to work on or wish to explore. This will also help you get a sense of what therapy with me will be like. My priority is for you to feel safe, supported and understood, hence everything you share with me is confidential and handled with utmost care. I will work with you to determine the direction we feel is the healthiest and most beneficial to pursue.
